We regard the ongoing improvement of our teaching as one of our core responsibilities. This requires us to be self-critical and sensitive. We also encourage students to help with a focused evaluation. Ideally, this happens in open conversations when each student is free to contribute feedback on particular courses. We hope to encourage students to participate in this kind of personal and interactive evaluation by creating an atmosphere of freedom, responsibility and mutual respect. In addition to discussions on how to improve teaching, we conduct surveys in some semesters. All students are expected to participate in these surveys.
