  • 2000-2005: Study business informatics at the VU university Amsterdam (VUA)
  • 2005-2009: PhD-student at VUA, under the supervision of dr. Jaap Gordijn and prof.dr. Hans Akkermans. Thesis: Needs-driven service bunding in a multi-supplier setting - the computational e3-service approach
  • 2009-2011: Applied research at the CRP Henri Tudor (CRP), Luxemburg
  • 2011-2015: Postdoctoral researcher in the research team of prof.dr. Erik Proper, at the CRP and the University of Luxemburg
  • Since 2015: Assistant Professor at the University of Duisburg-Essen
