Description

The project EvaLUM is primarily focused on the development of a conceptual framework for the evaluation of UML-modelling tools. The framework comprises several, thoroughly categorized criteria, which allow the evaluation of tools from economic and technical viewpoints. As part of our research, it has been applied to the comparison of seven modelling tools. To facilitate the use of the framework and to contribute to a better understanding of the comparative evaluation, the results were published on a multi-media CD.
